Q Should I still have insurance coverage even with the waiver in place?

Q Is it necessary to have participants sign the waiver in advance or on-site? 

It's recommended to have participants sign the waiver in advance whenever possible. However, on-site signing may be acceptable if obtaining prior signatures / acceptance is not feasible.
